Teron GorefiendHealth: 4,100,000 (As said on Wowwiki)
Melee: ~6k normal hit on plate (can crush and crit)
Incinerate: Cast on a raid members (I think) and applies a debuff to the target which does 5,325 fire damage every second for five seconds.
Crushing Shadows: Cast on raid members and applies a debuff which increases shadow damage taken by 60%.
Shadowy Constructs: I'm not sure when he summons them, but it looks like it's randomly.
+As you can see, Teron hits very hard and has a nasty dot. So a lot of healers are needed plus DPS so he can be downed quickly.
+The Shadowy Constructs don't have much HP and don't hit hard, but it looks like he'll summon them a lot. So they must be downed quickly.
